A huge thanks to Gareth for organising everything and to martin, john and Andy for a fantastic job on two separate occasions. The quality of work and knowledge of the team is fantastic.
To install this amount of new equipment would be a challenge to the best of technicians, the guys made it look so easy, sorting out any problems they encountered, i cannot recommend you highly enough.

Blue tooth works fine, iPod system is all OK and I tested out the engine remap this week as I had an airport run. Approx 2-3 mpg more but I am sure I could have got a little more if I had driven a little more economically. Also have a little more power around town so all good. All performed efficiently and the car was left as before the fit, thanks for all your support up to this point as well. I was a bit nervous spending a lot of money and not through an Audi garage but there was no need as you made me feel at ease through the process and it was all very professional. All installed and working great now, even if it did take 3 visits! Being such a new model there was initially a problem with the coding which meant that although the stalk was fitted, the cruise couldn't be activiated straight away. No payment was asked for and they came back immediately after Xmas to re-code with a different control box. Cruise worked fine but unknown to me after they left was that the stop/start function had been completely disabled. Once again, no problem, they said they would be out very soon again to have a look at the problem. All was duly fixed on the 3rd and final visit. This would have been great but on 2 out of the 3 occasions they drove down to Portsmouth just for my job and didn't charge. Although the problems were frustrating I never felt I was being ignored or put off and they worked hard to resolve my issues. Nothing special there you say but as I live on the other side of the planet and below the equator geetting the equipment installed by Gareth and team was going tgo be impossible however I felt assured after reading some of the feedback that this would be possible. The equipment duly arrived along with n excellent set of instructions for my installer. The equipment proved exceptionally easy to install and tested fine in the workshop. So home I go to set it all up with my own phones and could not get it to happen for me. After many emails back and forth between Gareth (a man of great patience) and myself I am very pleased to report that it was my inexperience that was causing the difficulties and not some bogus piece of equipment. I always lock the doors when I set off so this was a very welcome little bonus! I received a mail from you on Monday morning, the morning you moved into your new premises, called you and confirmed the fitting for Monday afternoon; was contacted to confirm the installation time and Ryan arrived exactly on time. Ryan saw to the installation straight away and handed me the newly removed RCD510 in under 5 minutes!! Once the RNS was installed and working 35 minutes later, Ryan gave me a demo, the security code and serial number. He then went on to tell me of the two registered BUS faults due to the Nav's interaction with the DIS, but also the fault he had corrected for the electric windows. Fantastic service from Ryan and Gareth, would recommend Hazzy Days to any VW/Audi/Seat owner without hesitation and will add an advert on our banks intranet. I bet he could have done this blind folded! There was no dilly dallying about or chin scratching with a worried expression. He knew exactly what to do and did it very efficiently. I do a lot of long distance night driving and the existing standard lights were pretty much rubbish. The HID upgrade, Oh my God what a difference even in broad day light. Just under an hour to fit, bare in mind it was freezing cold and very wet, however as soon as the fitter turned up he wasted no time in getting the job done! Would reccomend to everybody to use Hazzy Dayz to make there car that bit more special. Saving already to have a new multi functional steering wheel fitted! They don't have 100% positive feedback on e-Bay for nothing... Courteous, prompt, communicative, thorough, painstaking, inexpensive, clearly skilled and a pleasure to deal with. And the Audi cruise unit is brilliant - quite the best cruise unit I've used (and I've used a lot). In my opinion a decent cruise control unit is a vital tool on any single-turbocharged car. Single turbo'd cars tend to be difficult to keep cruising at a constant speed because the turbo tends to spool in and out on a constant throttle so you're forever adjusting your pedal, which is a right pain in the ass on a long trip. They turned up at my house and were extremely pleasant, willing to assist, helpful, explanatory. The worked like demons, were efficient and quick and very careful. I was amazed at the way they got the cruise system fitted and working in very quick time. My wife has an A2 which has auto door locking and Gareth explained that he could set that one my car as well as the cruise. He set it auto door lock, beeping alarm, auto door open on key removal and cruise, all the features to complete a good car and make it into an excellent one. The lads from the Hazzydayz team deserve *every* success they get. They work hard, are friendly and endeavor to make the customer happy with their work. I even got a discount for taking the car to his premises!! I watched Gareth fit the cruise to my car and could not believe how much actual work was involved, not to mention how skilled and expertly he performed the task. All neat & tidy. Just wish I got cruise fitted ages ago, it makes driving so less stressful, especially with speed cameras everywhere you turn. (Saves me fuel too!) Cruise Control Fitted - An Excellent Job!!

Gareth (“Hazzydayz101” on e-bay) has just fitted Genuine Cruise Control to my A2 and has done an excellent job. He came to my office and fitted it while I was at work and did a professional and thorough job at a very good price. He has all the correct tools and the VAG-COM software and knows how to use them!!
He is South London based (but prepared to travel) and used to work for VW as a technician but left to pursue his own private work. I saw his ad on e-bay, he has got very good feedback from selling various parts and fitting cruise control to Audi’s and VW’s.
If you consider that this was a £300 extra when your A2 was new, having the same thing fitted for about half that price is a bargain. Here is a link if anyone else round the London area is interested in his cruise fitting skills:
