
If you are unsure whether your vehicle has a Single or Double DIN Console please see below.
DIN Stands for the size of the radio from top to bottom. A Single DIN means single size. A Double DIN means Double Size Radio.
A Single DIN Radio is usually 5-6cm measured from top to bottom.
A Double DIN Radio is usually 12cm measured from top to bottom.
Below are several examples of Single and Double DIN Radio's before Sat Nav installation.

Above: Audi A4 Double DIN. This looks the same from 2001-2008. Please note on the Audi A4 Cabrio there is also a storage compartment at the top. This will remain in place after the Installation. Note: The ashtray has no storage unit in front of it. And the Climate Control unit is at the bottom.

Above: Audi A4 Cabrio 2001-2008. This is a Single DIN Console and this requires the Console to be upgraded to Double DIN. Note: The storage below the climate control unit. Above picture is of an Audi A4 Cabrio with the storage box above the drinks holder. This remains in place after the Installation. The installation requires a New Climate Control unit and Double DIN Cage. This is included in the price for the installation.

Above: Is an Audi A3 Double DIN Console. This is applicable from late 2003-2011 model vehicles. Note: There is no cup holder available for the Double DIN Console and the buttons for the ESP and Emergency Light are below the radio.

Above: Audi A3 Single DIN. Note: The Buttons all the way at the top and the climate control unit is also higher up. This requires the Centre Console to be upgraded to Double DIN. New Climate Control Unit, Double DIN Cage, And all buttons and facia will need to be replaced. This is included in the price for the installation.
